- Travel fee is included. An extra fee may be charged for long distances.
- Changes to the normal fees should be agreed in advance. Please keep us informed.
- Some very experienced tutors may charge more than the fees above. Clients will be notified of this before arranging tuition.

New Client Registration fee. Frequently asked questions
New clients are charged a one-off £28 registration fee to help us maintain the highest possible standards in recruitment and monitoring. This fee covers all your children for all future tuition. It will not have to be paid again.

Cancellation charges
To stop tuition, clients must give two weeks’ notice.

- Please inform your tutor directly of cancelled lessons.
- Tutors may be able to offer an alternative lesson if enough notice is given although they are not obliged to do this.
- In genuine cases of emergency please contact us for help.

If you like the tutor that we have chosen for you it wasn’t luck that made your paths cross. We have a rigorous recruitment, monitoring and matching procedure in place that costs time and money.
Clients must not:
- Put friends and family in contact with tutors without letting us know.
- Contact the tutor privately for tuition, now or in the future.
- Ask the tutor to teach another student without letting us know.
Not following these conditions undermines our business and affects the quality of the service we provide and ultimately is not good for anyone.
