New clients will be charged a one-off £28 registration fee to help us maintain the highest possible standards in recruitment, matching and monitoring.
Please make payment BEFORE the start of the tuition, but not until a tutor has been arranged for you.
This fee will be refunded if you are a new client and are unhappy with your tutor or the tuition doesn’t go ahead.
You must inform us within 6 weeks of starting tuition to receive a refund.
