Our chosen venue, Ripley Arts Centre provides students with a perfect environment for study.  It is an attractive light and spacious late-Victorian family house which overlooks landscaped gardens.  It is comfortable, welcoming and set in peaceful surroundings.

Built in 1899 and with a history rich in music, today Ripley is a popular arts centre offering arts events ranging from exhibitions and regular art classes, to educational meetings and music recitals.

Directions to Ripley Arts Centre

Ripley Arts Centre, 24 Sundridge Avenue, Bromley, BR1 2PX  is located close to where Sundridge Avenue meets Orchard Road.

The best landmark is  BREASIDE PREPARATORY SCHOOL which is very close to Ripley Arts Centre.  Ripley is on the opposite side of the road to the school and two buildings along.

By car

Ripley is located close to Chistlehurst, Bickley, Sundridge Park and only a 10 minute drive away from Eltham.    Leave M25 at Junction 3, A20 and A222. There is ample unrestricted parking in Sundridge Avenue. There are no yellow lines or resident parking bays.

By train

The nearest train stations are Sundridge Park and Elmstead Woods. They are both within walking distance and located only ½ a mile away from the venue.

By bus

The most direct bus is number 314. It passes Ripley approximately every 20 minutes  and stops very close to the building. The 314 bus comes via New Addington, Hayes, Bromley South, Sundridge Park, Elmstead Woods, New Eltham , Eltham High Street and Eltham station.                

Alternatively Widmoore Green, only five minutes walk from Ripley is served by bus routes number 162 Beckenham to Chistlehurst, 269 Bromley North to Bexleyheath and 429 Bromley North to Bluewater.
